booking deposit of £100.00. The deposit will be returned to you in full

COTTAGE CONDITIONS OF HIRE

RENT:

Your deposit of £100.00. The balance of your holiday price must be received no later than
28 days prior to commencement. We do not issue reminders for the balance.
Please make cheques payable to Mrs C Stevens and post to Codsend Cottage, Wheddon Cross,
Minehead, Somerset TA24 7AT.

CANCELLATIONS

THE HIRER BECOMES LIABLE TO THE PROPRIETOR FOR ALL MONIES DUE
IN RESPECT OF LETTING ON RECEIPT OF CONFIRMATION FROM THE
PROPRIETOR THAT THE BOOKING HAS BEEN ACCEPTED.

If you cancel the booking AT ANY TIME we will make every effort to
re-let the cottage however we reserve our rights to the balance of the tariff if
re-letting cannot be arranged. WE STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO TAKE OUT HOLIDAY
INSURANCE TO COVER THIS EVENT.

DAMAGES & BREAKAGES

The hirer is fully responsible (to the value of a new replacement where
appropriate) for any damage to the holiday home or any damage to or loss of any
of its contents. This money will be deducted from your £100 booking deposit.

CLEANING

Guests are expected to leave their cottage clean and tidy when vacating.
Please report any damage or breakages that have occured during your stay so they
can be rectified before the next guests arrive.during your stay.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE

The accommodation will be available from 4.00 p.m. on the arrival date and departure
must be no later than 12.00 (noon). on the final day of the letting period.
Please do not arrive early as we need time to prepare your accommodation.

NUMBER OF GUESTS and PRICING

The accommodation is only suitable for up to a maximum of 5 people.
A cot is available free of charge for babies.
Except with the prior written consent of the proprietor, no persons other than those named
overleaf may occupy the accommodation.
We reserve the right to terminate the letting forthwith in the event of breach of this condition.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

All property of the hirer is the responsibility of the hirer and the proprietor
accepts no responsibility whatsoever in the case of damage to or loss of such
property. You are advised to take out your own insurance or use your household
insurance if you have a loss during your stay.
